Chandigarh City, Dharamshala and Dalhousie Tour Itinerary
Day 1
On Arrival at the Railway Station/ Airport. Our representative meets you and then drive to the Shimla. Arrive and check in at hotel. Later proceed for sight-seeing tour to Wildflower Hall, Indira Holiday Home, and Advance Study & Museum. Overnight stay at Shimla
Day 2
After Breakfast, Transfer from Manali to Dharamshala. A distance of 260 kilometre on the way stopping at Baijnath known for its Shiva Temple and further at Palampur famous For Tea Garden. Dharamshala is a hill-station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar Mountains about 18 kms north-east of Kangra, It is known for its scenic beauty set amidst high pine and oak trees. Since 1960, when it became the temporary headquarters of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Dharamshala has risen to international repute as “The Little Lhasa in India”. O/N Hotel Dharamshala
Day 3
After Breakfast drive from Dharamshala towards Dalhousie. Reach Dalhousie in the evening. O/N Hotel Dalhousie.
Day 4
After Breakfast, visit to Dalhousie has been named after the British Governor – General of the l9th century, Lord Dalhousie. Surrounded by varied vegetation – pines, dodders, oaks and flowering rhododendron. Local sightseeing of Dalhousie includes visit to Panjipula, SubhashBaoli and excursion to Khajjiar 24 Kms. from Dalhousie surrounded by thick Deodar forest. Drive from Dalhousie to Khajjiar is awesome. O/N in Dalhousie Hotel
Day 5
After breakfast, check out from the hotel & drive to Amritsar. On Arrival check in to prebooked hotel.Later in evening Visit Wagah Border &Golden Temple. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Amritsar.
Day 6
After breakfast, drive to Amritsar airport / station to proceed your onward journey.
